The labeled glycans are then separated by high resolution capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence detection using the HR-NCHO separation matrix. Glycans identification is determined based on their normalized electrophoretic mobility referenced against pre-determined GU values using appropriate bracketing standards. |
